One of our favourite places to play golf, this truly is a stroll in a tropical garden. Originally 9 holes designed again by Mackenzie Ross in 1939, the Scottish feel in the golf course is there for all to see.
The original 9 holes has towering Japanese Cedars guarding the fairways and a mixture of colourful flora. The new 9 have been added seamlessly by Cameron Powell in 1990 and maintain the majesty of the fauna and added 4 new water hazards.
A course rich in lush undulating fairways and holding greens which helps considerably, given the size of the greens.
The peace and tranquillity at Furnas make this a fantastic course for those who love golf complimented by mother-nature.
