Formerly called Parque Da Floresta, this controversial course has spilt golfing opinion for many years, for some it is an audacious, challenging and a true golfing test for others it is a course too far!
The course is set across an extravagant landscape of steep hills and valleys and has some of the most spectacular holes in the region.
Considerable alterations have been made to the course to make it more accessible to the holiday golfer and it is the better for it.
The par-3, 5th is a very short hole but it is also one of the most difficult with no margin for error as the green sits on a steeply sloped mound ringed by bunkers. The 14th has been completely redesigned and it threads its way along a tight valley with trouble on both sides up to a multi level green.
Sitting in the clubhouse looking over a fabulous view of the course you will certainly remember your day here.
"We have played Santo Antonio three times. It is a very nice cource but also very very hilly. On several holes you are not allowed to go on the fairway with the buggy and than you had to walk quitte a distance on these hilly fairways..."
