Located beside orange groves below the Monchique Mountains, this course has proved popular since it opened in 2003. The mixed terrains have been shaped into a fine golf course.
The first nine holes are flat and run through a valley with water coming into play on 5 of them. The back nine are more undulating in character.
The main features of the course are the wide, high quality fairways which incorporate large and numerous bunkers and it's large greens.
The view from the slightly elevated 18th tee down towards the rustic clubhouse is wonderful, with an array of bunkers either side of the fairway making the dangers of the hole all too easy to see.
This is a course which gives you every opportunity to score well.
