Home to perhaps the most photographed hole in mainland Europe, the glorious Par 3 16th across the sand stone cliffs for those brave enough to take on the flag.
Vale do Lobo Royal has a lot more to offer than just one hole. Immaculately maintained, the narrow nature of the course and relatively small greens present the holiday golfer with a good challenge.
Other stand out holes are the 6th with the tough approach, the Par 3 9th with its almost island green and the treacherous 11th.
"We thought Val do Lobo Royal was a good course, very challenging and generally in good condition. We had a good round."

"Challenging course due to how narrow it is and the amount of white stakes in comparison to the Ocean course. There are a lot of houses around this course hence the white states... Some spectacular views especially around the 16th. Royal and Ocean greens were as good as any I have played in the area. "

"Vale Do Lobo Royal excellent and very good customer service."

"Vale Do Lobo was an absolute joy to play. A warm welcoming clubhouse and check in area. Lovely outdoor seating area beside putting green, perfect. Course was superb, especially the 16th……..wow. We ended up having lunch and dinner at the clubhouse and it was fine."
